Trend towards outsourcing architectural 3D rendering

If an architectural firm has an urgent need to cut costs, we can say that the outsourcing of architectural 3D rendering has arrived like china. It is no longer a trend for companies in titanic Western economies to provide 3D architectural renderings. Companies in emerging economies, such as China, India and the Philippines, have said that 3D architectural renderings should be outsourced. The competition among providers of this service has become so fierce that there are already hundreds of companies offering this service in emerging economies. The architects also breathe the idea of outsourcing, as it becomes competitive criteria to present certain buildings before their construction.

The main reason for outsourcing is the very attractive prices offered by companies in emerging economies. Due to the low labor costs in these countries, it is not uncommon to see architectural renderings for around $ 300 per image, while companies in developed countries often charge $ 2,000 or more. Therefore, there is no reason to deal with the costs. While some skeptics have the nerve to call its poor quality, this is far from the case. Countries like the Philippines are well known for having a large pool of talented 3D artists, who are frequently in demand by big animation companies such as DreamWorks and Warner Bros.

It helps clients, shareholders, contractors, and others involved in the design and execution process to better understand the intent and beauty of the design. Creating a representation of an architectural design is a more detailed way of explaining and selling the design. Architectural renderings can also be used as marketing and promotion in advertisements and brochures. As a result, hand-drawn works are gradually being removed from the architectural design environment, although they are still used by architects and designers during the early stages of planning and design development.

The growth of 3D architectural rendering services is also a result of the growth of the global construction industry. According to consultancy firm Davis Langdon, all major Western European countries experienced a 2-4% growth in construction spending in 2006-07. The same trend was seen in Australia, where the growth of almost 4% was reported, while several Asian countries experienced a similar trend. The only exception was the United States, where a decrease of almost 2% was observed. The biggest market in itself is still the United States, so it's still a very interesting market for architectural renderings. Since outsourcing leads to savings, it is here to stay and can undoubtedly lead to a scathing sense of cost control.
