Rendering software – Again, there are plenty to choose from, but VRAY is the most popular among 3D visualization professionals. Although it is quite a complex program, it simply creates the most realistic images, which is practically the most important thing in architectural visualization.

 

Therefore, I highly recommend getting the latest versions of 3ds max and Vray to start with. Photoshop is another very useful software - it is very useful for post-processing images.
